The Stallion Exchange is designed to allow all breeders
access to stallion nominations in a confidential
manner, at the best price, in a timely, automated
and simple procedure.

and it is NOT AN AUCTION. (for details

The submission of an offer is a live offer and represents
a contract between the mare owner and the representatives
of the stallion. If accepted an offer cannot be withdrawn
and obligates the mare owner to pay all appropriate
fees.
Any offer that is submitted, that meets the criteria,
is passed on through Stallion Exchange only to the
appropriate stallion owners or managers and selected
agents.
Offers are made on a closed basis and the identity
of the person making the offer and the details of
the mare concerned are kept confidential until such
time as an offer is accepted.
